A little over two years ago I had a baby and was going through a bad divorce at the same time. I gained a lot of weight and was feeling quite sorry for myself. Last year I decided that a personal trainer was what I needed. Having someone to be accountable to is what works best for me. I found Marshall and have been working out with him for about three and a half months. I have since lost a little over thirty pounds and I'm down three dress sizes. Marshall has been my trainer for about three months now and I’ve never been more happy with where I am at with my weight loss goals. I’ve started noticing the muscles popping out from what used to be more “softer” places. I really like that he targets weight loss through muscle training. Mashall is the best! I have. had other trainers in the past and he blows them out of the water. He makes sure that your form is excellent and helps with nutrion and gives you exercises to do during the week to help you get to where you want to be.
