Whether training one-on-one or following a custom program, the app helps streamline communication and progress tracking between trainer and client.

Demonstration videos posted by trainer. Watch them carefully to learn proper form, then record yourself doing the exercises and submit under "My Videos" for your trainers feedback. 

Nutrition Tracker

Track your nutrition so you can monitor your intake for yourself while also allowing your trainer to review it and provide feedback and guidance. 

Progress Tracker

Upload progress photos, log measurements and weight, and track changes over time. Keep everything organized in one place so you can easily look back and see how far you've come.
